What do I need to know before a class?

- please arrive 10/15 minutes before the start time to get set up. as we will start on time
- out of courteousness for your own practice and others, latecomers will not be admitted in class. Doors close at the designated start time
- bring water or a water bottle (we have a water fountain)
- please create an account to log in, and register for your classes (if you need any help we ca guide you over the phone or you can visit the studio and we will help you with your registration)
- to easily navigate your account, download the BSport App and log in with your credentials or create a new account if you haven't done it through our website
- we have a 12 hour cancellation/rescheduling window for all classes
- if you are enjoying an unlimited pass please be advised that late cancellations or no shows will be charged a 5 euro penalty fee for holding an unused spot

Are the classes suitable for beginners?

Yes, every modality and every class is suitable for beginners and more advanced athletes

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat and equipment?

- we provide mats for all classes, or you can bring your own
- for safety and sanitary reasons if you are taking a hot yoga class we require that you have a yoga towel that covers the entire mat (even if it is your own mat)
- we have yoga and shower towels for rent at the front desk
- bring water or a water bottle (we have a water fountain)

How much is it to rent a towel?

1 euro for a yoga towel and 2 euros for a shower towel.

Are there changing and shower facilities at the studio?

Yes we have locker rooms, and 2 showers with shower products available.

Is there parking available near the studio?

Yes but please arrive 10/15 minutes before the start time of your class as it is a residential neighborhood and sometimes you will have to park in the adjacent streets.

Can I bring a friend or family member to a class with me?

Yes, but please make sure they register for class ahead of time or you can use one of your classes with the option "add a friend" at booking

Can I drop in for a single class without a membership?

Yes, drop in classes are available for all Yoga, Pilates and Reformer sessions. This option can be found under pricing or when booking a specific class. Please create an account, purchase the pass that better suits your needs and register for class to guarantee your spot.
